Meet the team

Sian Martin

Sian Martin

Siân trained from 1987-1990 at Bucks New University, initially with an Art and Design Foundation Course. She then studied a Higher National Diploma in Graphic Design, specialising in Advertising at Plymouth College of Art and Design. Siân has worked for a magazine publishing house producing in-house magazines for The Kingfisher Group, Superdrug, Bull and British Aerospace (BAE Systems). Following this, she worked for a leading video games manufacturer (Electronic Arts/EASports) producing advertising and packaging, then a London advertising agency, producing advertising for press, outdoor radio and television. Siân has also completed courses in ceramics, photography, printing techniques and web design. In 1990, Siân was awarded a commendation by D&AD (www.dandad.org), which is the equivalent of an Oscar in the design world. Following this, she then won a number of industry awards for her advertising campaigns for video games.

Tim Martin

Tim Martin

Having worked within MDM Creative since it was established in 2000; Tim is perfectly placed to run our retail space in Maidenhead. He has a background in account management that enables him to discuss client needs both large and small. He uses his skill for problem solving to deliver elegant and cost-effective solutions. Tim has a talent for pushing brands to achieve their goals through his knowledge of marketing placement and customer psyche. Working with clients of all sizes, he has an eye for potential opportunities and how to obtain them.

Vickie Clinch

Vickie Clinch

Vickie joined us at MDM Creative in 2022. She completed a Higher National Diploma in Graphic Design then went on to graduate from Bucks New University with a BA (Hons) in Graphic Arts in 2017. Having worked in retail for some years, Vickie brings that all-important high-level customer service experience required to navigate our client’s requirements. If you want a specific layout altered, images enhanced, copy checked, or your files readied for repro - Vickie is the one you ask. Always willing to assist and with her ideas and positive approach; Vickie makes the shop run smoothly. Our customers continually tell us what an asset she is.
