Printing.com plc announces that Anthony Rafferty, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, sold 402,916 ordinary shares in the Company at 30p on the 23rd March 2004.Printing.com plc also announces that George Hardie, the Company’s Chairman, purchased 33,333 ordinary shares in the Company at 30p on the 23rd March 2004.
As a result of the transaction Mr. Rafferty now owns 11,619,024, or 29.90% and George Hardie 1,544,093, or 3.97% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Directors hold in total 14,146,957 being 36.40% of the issued share capital.
The Company intends to update the market on the 14th April 2004 as to its trading performance for the year ended 31st March 2004 and with details of the recent Franchise deal flow.
