LONDON (AFX) - Printing.com PLC said chief executive Tony Rafferty and chairman George Hardie increased their stakes after buying shares in the company at 48 pence each.The company said Rafferty bought 104,138 shares increasing his holding to 9,159,180 or 20.47 pct of the issued share capital while Hardie bought 52,056 shares and now holds 1,596,149 shares, or 3.57 pct.
The statement added operations director Peter Gunning also bought 20,806 shares at the same price and now holds 684,646, or 1.53 pct.
